Employers pick the maids

With thousands of maids to choose from, the customer is literally speaking the King. Interviews are usually cursory and maids are sometimes bombarded with irrelevant questions. At the end of the process, the employer picks the maid to hire, based on criteria that they themselves are not very clear about.  She has some general requirements and expects agencies to find her the perfect fit of a maid.

No company will ever hire an employee based on the superficial “Official Biodata” as required in the maid industry. We bring clarity to the employer’s requirements. We help her through the process of explaining her selection criteria. Employers can even highlight what criteria and tasks  are “Important” or “Very Important” to her. This reduces any ambiguity in the job specification.

Maids share their preferences

Finally the maid has a voice. Did you know that many maids would rather not work in house with 2 maids? Or that some maids have to do night duties against their will? In such cases, the poor maid suffers from job fatigue very quickly  We take into consideration her skills, work experience and personal preferences and match these against the employer’s requirements.

The magic begins

The employer’s preferences are weighted against the maid’s willingness and ability to do a specific task. That’s where the magic begins. Artificial Intelligence empowers both employers and maids to make the right choices. Our algorithm with recommend to this employer the best possible matches based on her specific requirements.

There is no subscription fee. Why pay a recurring monthly fee when you don’t get qualified leads? Maids & Match is a fairer pay-as-you-go system. You don’t pay if you don’t get any leads. You also don’t get random leads and chase after employers who will simply waste your time. We have pre-qualified employers, and when your maids match this employer’s detailed requirements, your maid’s profile is sent to the employer.  Each lead will cost you only $5, billed monthly in arrears.
